How you create impact

Execute billing and document shipment processes accurately and on time to support smooth air logistics operations.

Review and maintain pricing and quotation information in internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with established procedures.

Support the automation and efficiency of operational and billing workflows by maximizing system utilization.

Monitor shipment and billing records to ensure all air freight transactions are properly invoiced.

Analyze operational and financial reports to identify discrepancies and contribute to process improvements.

Collaborate with customer service, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless information flow and timely customer billing.

What we would like you to bring

Bachelor's degree in International Business, International Relations, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

0–2 years of experience in finance, billing, logistics, freight forwarding, or administrative operations.

Intermediate English Level.

Intermediate French Level (plus).

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.

Understanding of financial processes, invoicing, and data analysis.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Proactive mindset, teamwork, and a customer-focused approach.
