Job Description – Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Position: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Location: Hauz Khas, South Delhi Experience Required: Minimum 4+ Years

We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably from a CA firm, to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, team-handling experience, and the ability to independently manage assignments and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and review taxation, audit, compliance, accounting, and advisory assignments

Manage and lead a team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables

Coordinate with clients and provide professional support on financial and compliance matters

Review financial statements, statutory compliances, and internal processes

Ensure timely execution of assignments with accuracy and quality standards

Guide and mentor team members to improve efficiency and performance

Requirements:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a CA firm

Prior team-handling experience is mandatory

Strong knowledge of taxation, audit, ROC, compliance, and financial reporting

Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage work independently and meet deadlines
