Job Overview

Yash Enterprises is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Purchase Assistant to support our company operations. You will work closely with the procurement/purchase manager to handle day-to-day sourcing, vendor coordination, inventory tracking, and purchase documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to get price quotations, negotiate delivery timelines, and follow up on delayed orders.

Purchase Orders (PO): Prepare, verify, and issue Purchase Orders based on manufacturing requirements.

Documentation & Records: Maintain accurate records of invoices, goods received notes (GRN), delivery challenges, and supplier payment status.

Inventory Monitoring: Track stock levels of raw materials and consumables to ensure the production floor never runs out of essentials.

Coordination: Work with the accounts team for vendor bills/payments and the warehouse team to verify received materials against bills.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in purchasing, stores, or data entry within a manufacturing environment (Freshers with good computer knowledge are welcome).

Technical Skills:

Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel (Data entry, basic formulas).

Familiarity with ERP software or Tally is a major plus.

Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills to deal with external suppliers and internal teams.

Attributes: Sharp attention to detail, good math/analytical skills, and strong organizational habits.

Working Days: 6 days a week.

Shift Timings: 9:30 to 6:30
