Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance for our NBFC operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial management, adherence to statutory and regulatory standards, and strong financial controls while supporting business decision-making through timely reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Finalize books of accounts and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards.

Manage loan book accounting, including interest recognition, provisioning, and reconciliation in line with NBFC norms and regulatory requirements.

Prepare periodic MIS reports, financial statements, and management dashboards for leadership review.

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as GST, TDS, Companies Act provisions, and RBI/NBFC guidelines.

Liaise and coordinate with auditors, regulators, consultants, and other external stakeholders.

Monitor cash flow, fund utilization, and financial controls to ensure efficient financial operations.

Review reconciliations, conduct general ledger scrutiny, and supervise monthly/quarterly closing processes.

Lead, mentor, and supervise junior accountants or finance team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis for strategic decision-making.

Eligibility & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (CA / CA Inter / MBA Finance preferred).

Prior experience in NBFC, banking, or financial services environment preferred.

Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
