What will you do?

Analyze business processes and document requirements to enhance ERP functionality and operational efficiency

Configure, integrate, and optimize ERP systems to ensure seamless data flow and process alignment

Conduct comprehensive system testing and troubleshooting to maintain performance and resolve issues quickly

Train end users and provide ongoing support while mentoring team members on technical best practices

ERP Systems - developing level; configuring modules to align with business process requirements

Business Requirement Analysis - intermediate level; translating stakeholder needs into technical specifications

System Testing - intermediate level; validating configurations and identifying defects before deployment

Technical Documentation - intermediate level; creating clear guides for users and technical teams

Process Improvement - developing level; identifying inefficiencies and recommending system enhancements

Collaboration - intermediate level; partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver ERP solutions

Communication - intermediate level; explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences with clarity
