Your Impact

You will lead the optimisation of end-to-end finance processes to drive productivity, efficiency, and service excellence across Business Services with Asahi Beverages. You will play a critical part in managing and strengthening intercompany, accounts payable, and finance operations - ensuring strong service delivery, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction. You will also shape and deliver automation, integration, and continuous improvement initiatives, enabling scalable, high-quality services aligned to Asahi’s broader transformation agenda.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business services optimisation, including process discovery, standardisation, and continuous improvement across key finance processes (e.g. OTC, RTR).

Govern service delivery performance, ensuring achievement of service levels, KPIs, and customer experience outcomes.

Lead Intercompany, Accounts Payable and Travel & Expenses operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong internal controls.

Oversee travel & expense processes, improving user experience while maintaining compliance and policy adherence.

Partner with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into service and process improvements.

Manage and optimise BPO/vendor relationships, driving accountability, performance, and value delivery.

Collaborate with Business Process Efficiency teams to deliver automation and cost optimisation initiatives.

Provide leadership to teams, fostering a high-performance, continuous improvement culture.

About You

Tertiary qualified in Finance, Accounting or related field, with leadership experience in finance operations or shared services.

Proven ability to lead high-performing, multi-regional teams and manage senior stakeholders.

Strong knowledge and experience in finance operations, BPO environments, and vendor governance.

Deep understanding of end-to-end finance processes and transformation initiatives.

Analytical, strategic thinker with a track record of driving efficiency and improvement.

Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills in complex environments.

Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) highly regarded.
