Private Debt Investment Analyst

MISSIONS:

You will be fully integrated into the activities of the Private Debt team in Frankfurt, Germany, and will actively participate in the following missions:

Support Tikehau Capital’s local team to execute DACH Private Debt transactions in all aspects of the investment process from origination to execution and portfolio management

Reviewing and analyzing potential target companies, their products, markets and risks

Developing cash flow based models and sensitivity cases

Developing of investment memoranda and materials for Tikehau’s investment committee

Monitoring of fund and portfolio company performance and preparation of investor reports

Preparation of marketing, pitch and client presentations and documents

Market research focused on current LBO market trends

Co-operation and support of other teams like Private Equity, Real Assets, Capital Market Strategies, where required

PROFILE:

Degree in Business Administration / Economics, preferably with a focus on finance, accounting and / or banking,

High analytical ability as well as structured and accurate way of working,

Relevant work experience, for example from internships in investment banking, private equity / debt, consulting, or Big 4,

Experience with MS Office and fluency in English and German,

Demonstrated high level of commitment, versatility, curiosity, determination, and the ability to work in a team environment.
