Overview:
As a Territory Beauty Manager, you play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Beauty business. This position leads through influence, partnership, and a deep understanding of what inspires customers to engage with beauty. You will guide store teams to deliver exceptional service, execute brand and merchandising strategies, elevate operational excellence, and ultimately grow sales across your territory.
A key part of this role is being present when beauty traffic and customer engagement are at their highest. To best support our stores and meet customers where they are, we are evolving the Territory Manager schedule to align with peak beauty‑selling periods.
As a result of our focus on peak selling periods and customer service , our Territory Managers don't work a traditional Monday-Friday schedule. Our Tuesday–Saturday schedule ensures leadership presence during the most impactful times for the Beauty business, particularly on high‑traffic weekends.
To support work–life balance, one week each month will remain Monday–Friday, providing a full weekend off.
Pay Range: USD $81,000.00 - USD $135,000.00 /Yr.
