Sr. React JS Developer w/d Python Expert

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. React JS Developer with Python experience to join our team for a long-term project in Plano, TX. In this role, you will lead the practical delivery of system architecture, interface development, testing, and operational stability.

The ideal candidate bridges the gap between high-fidelity design layouts and highly responsive, scalable front-end logic, backed by a strong foundation in backend Python engineering.

Crucial Requirement: This role demands active leadership and mastery of AI-assisted engineering tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code). You will be expected to guide the team on safe AI adoption, input/output validation, and secure handling of data workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Application Delivery: Design, develop, test, and deploy robust, high-performance web applications using ReactJS and modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems.

UI/UX Implementation: Collaborate closely with design teams to translate complex Figma mockups into polished, cross-browser compatible, and highly responsive user interfaces.

API Integration: Connect front-end interfaces seamlessly with RESTful APIs, optimizing asynchronous request handling and state management.

AI Tooling & Governance: Set team expectations for validating AI-assisted code outputs for architectural correctness, speed, and safety while coaching junior engineers on responsible data handling.

Build & Release Optimization: Manage front-end compilation pipelines utilizing build tools like Webpack and maintain clean version controls via Git.

Required Technical Matrix & Skills

Experience: 5+ years of applied software engineering experience covering architecture, development, and system testing.

Front-End Architecture: Expert-level proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and ReactJS.

Backend Integration: Proven, hands-on development experience utilizing Python within enterprise web environments.

Design Synchronization: Strong operational understanding of Figma and responsive/adaptive design workflows.

Tooling & Build Systems: Depth with package managers, bundlers (Webpack), and Git-based version control workflows.

AI Tooling (Mandatory): Demonstrated proficiency leveraging and governing AI-assisted software development tools to accelerate delivery safely.

Work Environment & Location

Onsite Expectation: This is a strictly 5 days per week onsite role located at our Plano, TX office.

Preferences: Local candidates within a seamless daily commuting distance to Plano will be given immediate priority.
