Are you looking for an opportunity to apply your project management expertise and technical leadership in a highly visible, customer-facing role? Join our team and play a critical part in delivering complex laboratory projects that directly support customer success.

In this role, you will lead or support the end-to-end delivery of large, integrated laboratory service projects. This is a highly hands-on, field-based position requiring active engagement at customer laboratory sites across New England and the Mid-Atlantic States, as well as across North America. You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and customers to ensure solutions are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating with customers and stakeholders to align expectations and execution

Leading on-site project execution, including vendor coordination and equipment-related activitie

Monitoring progress, resolving issues in real time, and maintaining momentum across workstreams

Strong communication skills are essential, including the ability to lead meetings, provide clear updates, and maintain alignment across stakeholders. This role is best suited for individuals who enjoy being present where the work is happening and driving progress through direct engagement in project activities.
