WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS ROLE:

Manage dates on open purchase orders and monitor performance of vendors on time delivery and drive vendor development activities.

Maintain data integrity of the key systematic fields and team metrics to ensure accurate purchase order placement.

YOU HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree in business , Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

3 + years of experience in supply chain management / procurement or related field highly preferred.

Must be bilingual, communicating effectively Spanish / English through oral or written communication.

EXCEL - Intermediate to expert (analysis based on Excel sheets, Excel tools, speeding up analysis, tracking, pivot tables, handling nested formulas, formulas for performing analysis).

ERP System experience, JDEdwards.

Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Adaptability and comfort in a growing, evolving environment with changing processes and priorities.

A continuous improvement mentality, with the ability to assess current processes and contribute to iterative enhancements.

Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate business needs into sourcing strategies.

Problem-solving skills and a willingness to navigate ambiguity while creating structure.
