Job Description

Design, update, reengineer and improve , as one voice for the whole company, Processes supporting Business vision and strategy

Job Requirements

Identify, design, update and document, based on Business vision, all processes he/she is owning, with a goal of process alignment and buy off from all BU

Based on a « Best Value for Money » and standard COTS approaches, identify , define and design processes or part of the processes to be supported by the IS

Ensure business savings (ROI) are provided for Projects/CR,

Validate and help formalize business requirements

Contribute to Enterprise Architecture analysis & simplification

Communicate detail of the processes to the Business organization (for execution) and establish loops to permanently improve those processes thru Lean or Six Sigma (Safran+) initiatives

Formalize operating principles, « As IS » and « To Be » processes and organization

Organize and manage international network of Key Users and Business Leads through Team Building animation (workshops, BPR, conf calls,…) with support of SAP Module Leader

Follow-up and ensure project completion within defined schedule and budget

Define project deployment strategy

Manage the project team in coordination with hierarchical managers and Business Project Leads

Identify risks proactively and create associated mitigation plans

Coordinate handover to maintenance team after post Go-Live period

Set up management by Processes and Data quality management with BPI

Help to define and plan the necessary trainings

Process expert referent for Support team when required

Point of contact for any information related to the process

Support UAT and Deployment phases on Project mode.

Implement measures of health, Safety and Environment necessary to keep his Physical integrity.

Promote and Participate on Safety Management System Culture.

But what else? (advantages, specific features, etc.)

Specific knowledge:

Wealth of business processes acumen in their domain (FI/CO or Supply Chain) , SAP processes knowledge in respetive domain (FI/CO or SD/PP/MM/WM).

Desirable knowledge:

Project Management, Risk Management, Information systems knowledge is a plus, APICS or similar certifications dependign on domain.

English 90%, French is a bonus
