About the role
As a Territory Leader, you will develop relationships and sales results for the COMEX brand, working with our distributors to improve sales growth.
You will report to the Region Manager team as part of the Sales structure for #PPG Mexico. This role is based in Pachuca
Key Responsibilities
You will build the strategy and commercial agreement in together with the dealer, negotiate improvements in points of sale, openings, field sales team and productivity bonuses.
You will visit assigned points of sale to ensure that your team is delivering the correct and well-completed sales strategies.
You will monitor the level of service and experience in front of end customers, analyze the market, add indicators to understand point of sale behavior.
Tracking of sales activities through Salesforce and other CRMs
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and advanced level of English.
5+ years of demonstrable experience in commercial, retail or technical product knowledge.
5+ years of experience with management skills such as information analysis and negotiation.
Previous experience of at least 5+ years in B2B and B2C sales
