The Role

At AMS, we’re building teams that are curious, collaborative, and committed to doing great work. We’re looking for a Hiring and Onboarding Specialist plays a critical role in managing operational risk, candidate experience and vendor performance across varying hiring volumes and complex regulatory environments. You will be responsible for executing and manage all the Onboarding activities, for a given geography as well as managing the contractual workforce performing Onboarding activities.

Key Accountabilities
What you’ll do:
Proactively manage the customers’ needs and expectations by working directly with the client
Executing and managing day-to-day Onboarding transactions including pre-employment screening, Immigration & Relocation support and creating employment contracts
Supporting continuously on employee experience throughout the Onboarding process
Demonstrating high proficiency in Hiring processes, policies, and standard operating Models
You will ensure timely communication, clear expectations, while maintaining strong operational and compliance standards.
Overseeing the issuance of compliant employment offers, amendments, and related documentation across countries and worker types.
You will identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and efficiency, implement improvements, and monitor outcomes to ensure sustained performance, knowledge capture, and continuous optimization.
Skills & Requirements
Language: Portuguese /English
Hands-on experience with Talent Acquisition platforms (e.g., Workday, Service Now, DocuSign) and MS Office.
Experience with Pre-Employment vendors and other Onboarding platforms.
Familiarity with employment law, compliance, or international hiring processes
Experience in high-volume or fast growth hiring environments
Soft skills - communicate instructions and updates to candidates, stakeholders, vendors, recruiters, and Hiring Manager
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple requisitions concurrently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional candidate-facing manners.
