JOB PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsabilidades:

Liderar equipes de operadores de produção para que atinjam as metas de produtividade estipuladas em programações, dentro dos padrões de qualidade preestabelecidos.

Liderar equipes de trabalho do setor produtivo, a partir de diretrizes e metas estabelecidas pela Coordenação, distribuindo serviços aos colaboradores da sua área, acompanhando o seu desenvolvimento, avaliando recursos operacionais existentes, necessidade de mão-de-obra e outros, esclarecendo dúvidas, bem como, apresentando alternativas de solução a desvios detectados, avaliando “performances” e identificando necessidades de treinamento, visando a otimização dos serviços da área.

Monitorar metas da produção, a partir de orientações recebidas e/ou planos e programas de produção, acompanhando a execução dos trabalhos.

Introduzir operadores iniciantes nos processos/máquinas de produção, prestando-lhes informações necessárias, esclarecendo dúvidas, a fim de capacitá-los para o exercício de suas atividades.

Entender, treinar e conscientizar operadores nas instruções de trabalho e outros documentos/políticas da empresa, bem como em princípios e valores da PHINIA, com o intuito de garantir a execução correta dos serviços e propiciar melhoria contínua na área.

Providenciar recursos operacionais necessários à realização dos serviços da área, sugerindo melhorias na distribuição dos funcionários nas respectivas linhas sob sua responsabilidade.

Monitorar indicadores da área, contendo informações relacionadas ao SPQVC envolvidos na realização dos trabalhos, a partir de informações recebidas e/ou coletadas na área, preparando planilhas e/ou gráficos e encaminhando ao superior imediato, para fins de controle.

Efetuar comunicação entre os turnos de trabalho, das ocorrências encontradas.

Acionar e interagir junto às áreas de apoio quando houver necessidade para a produção.

Atender a programação de produção de clientes externos ou internos, a partir de informações recebidas do superior imediato, mobilizando recursos humanos e operacionais, para a obtenção dos resultados desejados.

Avaliar o desempenho dos subordinados, a partir de diretrizes estabelecidas, analisando performances, discutindo pontos positivos e negativos observados no desenvolvimento dos trabalhos e indicando ações corretivas, quando necessário, a fim de propiciar feedbacks .

Dar apoio aos programas de redução de custos, MELCO (melhoria contínua), auditorias e outros, promovendo a divulgação de princípios e procedimentos aplicáveis e acompanhando o cumprimento das diretrizes estabelecidas, objetivando sua otimização e êxito.

Participar e difundir o trabalho em equipe entre os colaboradores, a fim de tornar as equipes coesas na busca de melhores resultados operacionais.

Acompanhar a realização de inventários cíclicos e físicos anuais, avaliando o desenvolvimento das atividades envolvidas, identificando possíveis problemas operacionais e tomando ações corretivas.

Zelar e incentivar um bom clima no ambiente de trabalho, buscando promover a satisfação dos colaboradores da área sob sua responsabilidade, tendo como principal indicador, o resultado da pesquisa de clima organizacional.
