Si ricerca Addetto/a selezione personale per la sede operativa di un customer service strutturato. Il ruolo segue l’intero flusso iniziale: pubblicazione annunci, screening mirato e primo contatto telefonico con i candidati. Coordina agende colloqui, aggiorna i dati nel gestionale HR e supporta i responsabili nella scelta finale.

Requisiti:

diploma di scuola superiore

dimestichezza con suite Office e posta elettronica

capacità comunicative e ascolto attivo al telefono

organizzazione del tempo e attenzione alle scadenze

Offerta e benefit:

tempo pieno full-time, dal lunedì al venerdì

Formazione continua su strumenti di recruiting

Bonus su obiettivi legati alle assunzioni concluse

Orario flessibile su fasce concordate

Retribuzione lorda mensile indicativa: 1.500-1.850 €

Start nelle prossime settimane. Contratto a tempo determinato 6 mesi con possibile proroga.
