About the role
At Quintas Energy, we are experts in the management and optimisation of renewable energy assets. Our main goal is to drive the global transition to clean energy from renewable sources, offering asset management, technical advisory, financial, analytics and development services worldwide.
We are looking for a Junior Associate to join our Land & Property / Property Management team in Spain. The successful candidate will support the team in the management of lease agreements, easements, invoicing processes and landlord-related matters for renewable energy assets.
This is initially a part-time morning position, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of becoming a full-time role in the coming months. Therefore, the candidate must be interested in starting on a part-time basis and have availability to move to a full-time schedule in the medium term.
The role follows a hybrid working model, combining some days per week working from the office and other days working from home.
Key responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Supporting the Land & Property team in the management of lease agreements and easements.
Preparing the main milestones and information required for payments.
Reviewing invoices and checking the correct application and update of invoiced rents.
Coordinating the necessary steps for invoice processing and payment.
Maintaining direct contact with landlords to manage queries, incidents and contractual follow-up.
Supporting the client in the resolution of incidents and conflicts that may arise with landowners.
Providing administrative, contractual and financial support to the Property Management team.

Requirements
Double Degree in Law and Accounting & Finance, or Double Degree in Law and Business Administration.
Alternatively, vocational training in Accounting and Finance.
Knowledge of accounting and invoicing.
Minimum 1 year of experience.
Advanced English.
Native Spanish.
Interest in an initial part-time morning schedule, Monday to Friday.
Availability to move to a full-time schedule in the medium term.
Desirable requirements
Knowledge and experience in invoicing processes and supplier management.
Knowledge and experience using SAP.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
