WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Strategic business partnership: You take full ownership of our local finance function, acting as a trusted key partner to the Managing Director and leadership team.

Comprehensive performance steering: You drive all controlling activities, including budgeting, forecasting, margin analysis, and performance steering across our collections and channels.

Actionable financial insights: You translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights to support fast and strategic decision-making.

External partner management: You manage and challenge our external accounting provider in Spain to ensure high-quality and timely financial reporting.

Cross-functional interface management: You act as the central link connecting our local business, the Group Finance function, and the Shared Service Center (SSC) in Germany.

Efficient financial operations: You oversee local liquidity and cash management while building scalable processes, structures, and modern financial controls.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Your Educational Background: You have successfully completed a university degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field that provides You with a deep understanding of corporate finance and controlling structures.

Your Strengths: You are highly entrepreneurial, hands-on, and pragmatic. You feel comfortable working independently in a standalone role, love making data-driven decisions close to the business, and communicate confidently across different functions and cultures.

Your profile: You bring 5–7 years of experience in finance, ideally within fashion, retail, or consumer goods. You possess a strong controlling background with deep knowledge of margins and inventory, feel at home in fast-paced environments, have experience with external accounting partners or shared services, and speak fluent Spanish and English (German is a plus).
