Your key responsibilities

We’re building the outbound engine that will define how legal teams adopt AI at scale. As BDR Team Manager, you’ll lead and grow a team of BDRs focused on generating qualified pipeline for Mid-Market/Enterprise and SMB , partnering tightly with AEs, Marketing, and Partnerships to land strategic accounts, with a focus on the Italian market.

Own pipeline creation for your segment: targets for meetings held, SQLs, qualified pipeline €, coverage, and conversion rates.

Lead, coach, and develop BDRs: weekly 1:1s, call coaching, deal/account coaching, skill diagnostics, performance plans; raise the bar on quality, not just activity.

Build a repeatable outbound system: ICP refinement, messaging frameworks, multi-threading plays, account plans, sequencing (email/phone/LinkedIn), objection handling, and “next step” discipline.

Operational excellence: forecasting for pipeline generation, dashboarding, QA of CRM hygiene, and tight feedback loops with AEs on lead quality and disposition.

Hiring and onboarding: source/interview BDR talent; structured onboarding plan; ramp to productivity with clear milestones.

Cross-functional alignment: translate market feedback into product/marketing inputs; coordinate campaigns and account-based initiatives; create a clean handoff motion BDR AE.

Experimentation and iteration: run A/B tests on messaging, segments, channels, sequences; scale what works, kill what doesn’t. Fast.

Set culture: high standards, low ego, high ownership; truth over vibes (clean reporting, no sandbagging, no “happy ears”).

What we’re looking for

Proven BDR leadership in B2B SaaS: built/coached teams that consistently hit pipeline targets (not “activity targets”).

Enterprise/mid-market outbound competence: account-based prospecting, multi-stakeholder mapping, multi-threading, and value-based messaging.

Strong coaching craft: you can diagnose why performance is low (skill vs will vs territory vs messaging) and fix it with a plan.

Data-driven operator: comfortable with funnel metrics, conversion levers, experimentation design, and performance management.

Fluent in Spanish (native or C1+) and English

Tool fluency: CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), sequencing, Sales Navigator; strong hygiene and reporting discipline.

Annual Salary Range: €65.000 - 75.000 OTE [uncapped and accelerated variable]
