We are looking for a Project Manager towork on retail and office projects in Madrid .

Key responsabilities

Planning,cost, and risk management throughout the entire project lifecycle:

fromthe design concept through to project completion.

Coordinationof design and engineering teams and the client’s direct teams/suppliers

Preparationof minutes, reports, and documentation to inform the client of the project’sstatus

anddecisions to be made

Solicitationof bids from contractors and, in some cases, technical teams

Technicalconsulting during the pre-project phase (space leasing)

Inaddition, the individual must participate in and contribute to the ManagementSystem by understanding and implementing the following:

Compliancewith Quality and Environmental policies.

Applicationof the Best Environmental Practices Manual.

Compliancewith SyS’s global policies and standards.

Job requirements

To succeed in this position, you must have: Experience : At least 5 years of solid, demonstrable experience in fit and out retail and office projects. Education : Degree in Building Engineering or Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. In any case, a specialist in construction and building systems. Professional Skills and Knowledge : Office 365, Microsoft Project, and English (constant communication with English-speaking clients will be required, as well as leading technical meetings). 90% of the time, work will be conducted in English. Technical Competencies : In-depth knowledge and mastery of the role and its responsibilities, on-site health and safety standards, and sustainability standards. Personal Skills : Coordination and planning abilities. Strong communication skills with clients and a strong ability to drive results by influencing others to achieve objectives
