Part-Time Sales Advisor - 20h Temporary Cover Position

At American Vintage, every collection tells a story and every customer interaction creates a memorable experience. We are currently looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our boutique on Fernando VI Street in Madrid, working alongside Mariana, our Store Manager, and her team.

Your mission

1. Create exceptional customer experiences

You will welcome, advise and inspire our customers by offering personalized styling recommendations and delivering a premium omnichannel experience.

Your goal is to build lasting relationships, drive customer loyalty and contribute to the store's commercial success.

2. Bring the brand to life

As a true ambassador of American Vintage, you will represent our values and aesthetic every day.

You will ensure the sales floor remains attractive, organized and aligned with brand standards while contributing to visual merchandising initiatives.

3. Contribute to operational excellence

From receiving deliveries to stock organization and inventory management, you will play an active role in ensuring the smooth running of the store and the availability of products for our customers.

You have at least 2 years of experience in retail, preferably within the fashion or premium retail sector.

You are a strong seller with a results-driven mindset and a passion for achieving targets.

You are passionate about styling, fashion and customer service.

You naturally create genuine connections with clients and know how to build long-term customer loyalty.

You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and performance matter.

You are fluent in both Spanish and English.
