About the role
Key Responsibilities:1. Fleet Customers (Key Accounts)
Plan and execute commercial activities (calls, agenda, visits) in line with agreed qualitative and quantitative objectives, minimizing commercial risk.
Manage, retain, and develop the assigned customer portfolio, maximizing its business potential.
Build in-depth knowledge of customers, BMW Group products and services, and competitors.
Identify opportunities, negotiate agreements, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
Propose, prepare, and review commercial negotiations with the Corporate Sales Manager.
Steer and ensure the contribution margin per unit in each deal.
Coordinate order requests with Back Office and monitor the order book until vehicle delivery.
Engage key accounts through brand events and customer activities.
2. Dealer Network
Analyze, define, and communicate customer discounts within the controlling framework to the dealer network.
Support the training and development of the Corporate Dealer Network salesforce under NSC training programs.
Drive conquest and loyalty of shared customers with the dealer network.
3. International Business
Analyze existing international agreements and act as the main contact point in Spain for assigned customers.
Develop and manage international key accounts.
Use and maintain international tools (NKAM, IKAM, Tender Manager).
Collaborate closely with International Key Account Managers to identify business opportunities and drive fleet growth.
Share market insights, reports, and best practices across countries.
4. Leasing Companies
Communicate customer discounts and commercial conditions to leasing companies.
Negotiate and develop relationships with key leasing accounts.
Coordinate customer-related issues between leasing companies and the Aftersales Department.
Represent the company in Fleet-related stakeholder events (e.g., AEGFA, AERCE).
Profile & Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
Professional Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Key Account Manager for premium products or within leasing companies (external candidates).
Minimum of 3 years of experience within BMW Group in Sales, Customer Support, or Marketing roles (internal candidates).
Personal leadership, Customer orientation, Sector Knowledge, Empathy, pressure management, Negotiations skills.
Advanced of Excel and PowerPoint.
Advanced Business English,
Spanish is mandatory.
