Mortgages

A mortgage is one of the most important financial decisions in the life of our customers. The team

We are looking for someone with an easy-to-work-with, mature and no-nonsense mentality. We are passionate about data and delivering the best product, to service our data consumers both within and outside the department.

Roles, responsibilities

design, development and operation of a new datastore to support the exchange of ING Mortgages data.

administration of IT-Risk & Security controls and participation in audits.

How to succeed

a good communicator in English (verbal, written & presentation).

8 years or more of data engineering, data quality, data integration patterns and techniques.

experience in Agile / Scrum or Kanban.

analytical (understanding complexity and think from the impact point of view not just solving problem directly).

8 years or more of Java backend development.

Java (ING TPA) API development.

Oracle RDBMS, SQL, PL/SQL.

Linux and scripting.

Bonus skills and experience

Kafka Connect, Kafka Schema Registry, Kafka Streams API.

ICHP/Kubernetes, Docker.

knowledgeable of controlling IT-Risk and Security Standards in banking industry.

identifying, diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving production issues by using a range of monitoring, test and alerting tools (Configuration, change, incident and problem Management).

build & deployment process automation (Azure DevOps, Ansible).

being able to automate and execute test cases.
