We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Sales Supervisor to support the Moorebank and Wollongong (Unanderra) Driveline workshops. This role is responsible for assisting in the leadership of sales and operational activities across both branches to ensure profitable performance and exceptional customer service.

You will play a key role in implementing sales strategies, supporting branch operations, and developing a high-performing, customer-focused team.

What your day to day will look like:

Collaborate with the Workshop Manager to develop and coordinate sales and operational strategies in line with agreed targets

Monitor workshop strengths, opportunities, and market conditions to drive growth and profitability

Support and motivate internal and external sales representatives to achieve quotas

Oversee stock control, stock takes, GP performance, freight recovery and inventory management

Assist in managing branch financial performance, including P&L and EBITDA outcomes

Drive a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring all customer enquiries and concerns are resolved promptly

Foster a positive, high-performing team culture through coaching, communication and accountability

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

Strong people leadership and supervisory skills

Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Valid driver’s license is essential

Experience within the industrial engineering/ driveline industry is advantageous

Solid organizational and time management capability

Capacity and willingness to undertake regular travel between branch locations pending operational/site requirements.

Financial awareness and the ability to understand branch performance metrics

You will be comfortable working in a workshop environment and collaborating with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders

A proactive, team-focused approach with a “can-do” attitude
