Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Process customer ordersvia phone and email accurately and efficiently
Build andmaintainstrong customer relationships via phone and email, addressing product, pricing, order, stock, delivery, and account queries.
Assistwith pick packingorders to ensuretimelydelivery
Support branch operationsand collaborate with team members to meet goals
Skills and ExperienceWe’reLooking For:
Experience in customer service or sales would bepreferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate computer literacy with the ability to multitask andprioritise workloads
Mechanical aptitude, with knowledge of bearings and power transmissionconsideredadvantageous
A proactive team player willing to support other areas as needed
