We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our FPS Business Unit in Sunshine West.

About the Role
Reporting to the Business Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-level customer service while supporting the growth and development of our customer base.
You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing product knowledge, processing orders efficiently, and supporting branch sales and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Respond promptly to customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints
Coordinate workflow to meet customer deadlines
Liaise with internal teams and other branches to resolve order-related matters
Maintain strong, ongoing customer relationships
Sales & Business Support
Assist in preparing quotations in line with sales strategies
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports
Record sales activities in CRM systems
Support sales projects, proposals, and marketing initiatives
Identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in customer service (industrial or trade environment desirable)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
A proactive approach with a strong customer-first mindset
Experience using CRM or order processing systems (advantageous)
