About the Role
We’re looking for a commercially drivenSenior Ecommerce (Marketing) Specialist to join our Digital Growth team and help accelerate our direct-to-consumer travel insurance business.
Reporting to the Regional Head of Digital Sales and partnering closely with the local Ecommerce Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving customer acquisition, optimising digital performance, and unlocking new growth opportunities across channels.
This is an opportunity for a data-led marketer who thrives on turning insights into action and continuously improving how customers discover, interact with, and purchase insurance online.
What You’ll Be Doing
Digital Growth Campaign Performance
Plan, execute, and optimise integrated digital marketing campaigns across key channels
Own and manage marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI and commercial outcomes
Monitor channel performance, identify trends, and continuously refine campaign strategies
Partner with media agencies to drive effective media planning, buying, and optimisation
Ecommerce Conversion Optimisation
Collaborate with platform teams to enhance website performance and customer journeys
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates through testing, optimisation, and smarter content delivery
Support the evolution of digital experiences to better meet changing customer behaviours
Data, Insights Continuous Improvement
Define and track KPIs such as conversion, acquisition cost, and customer value
Analyse performance data to uncover insights and inform decision-making
Leverage emerging tools and capabilities to enhance targeting, personalisation, and efficiency
Deliver clear, actionable reporting and recommendations to stakeholders
Product Launch Market Alignment
Support local execution of regional product launches
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strong product-market fit
Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform positioning and strategy
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with product, pricing, marketing, and sales teams to align on growth initiatives
Influence stakeholders through data-led insights and clear communication
Contribute to a culture of experimentation, learning, and innovation
About You
You’re a performance-focused digital marketer who enjoys working at the intersection of data, technology, and customer experience.
You bring:
5–7+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or growth roles
Proven success driving direct-to-consumer acquisition and revenue growth
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful actions
Experience optimising digital channels (paid media, SEO, email, website)
A test-and-learn mindset with curiosity for emerging tools and smarter ways of working
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in insurance, fintech, or financial services is advantageous.
