Based at our Paget location in Mackay, responsible for supporting the efficient operation of our warehouse and ensuring our mining and heavy industrial customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
You will play an important role in receiving, picking, packing and dispatching stock, while helping to maintain a safe and well-organised warehouse environment.
We welcome applicants who are new to the workforce, with full on-the-job training and ongoing support provided to help you build your skills and confidence.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Assistin dailystore operationsto keep the branch running smoothly.
Build andmaintainstrong customer relationships via phone and email, addressing product, pricing, order, stock, delivery, and account queries.
Collaborateeffectively with other departments to deliver excellent service.
Supportinventory management and stock handling asrequired.
Assistin local deliveries to customers.
WhatWe’reLooking For:
Experience in customer service, warehouse, or a similar environmentisdesirable.
A valid Driver’s Licenseis essential.
Forklift license isdesirable but not mandatory.
Commitment to safety andmaintaininga clean, organized workplace.
Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner.
Strong customer service ethics and natural problem-solving abilities.
