Join our Wagga Wagga team as an Internal Salesperson and play a pivotal role in supporting our customers while contributing to the overall success of the branch.
This position is centered on internal sales and customer service, serving as the primary point of contact for customers and ensuring their needs are managed promptly, professionally, and efficiently.
This role includes participation in a rotating Saturday roster, typically 1–3 Saturdays per month, depending on staffing levels.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
Support external sales team with detailed quotes, and account coordination
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Assist with inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in internal sales or customer service highly regarded
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to participate in a Saturday roster (essential).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proactive and solution-focused approach
Computer literate at an intermediate level, with experience using Microsoft Office tools.
A forklift license would be desirable also but not essential
Product knowledge in bearing and power transmission (desirable but not essential)
