We are looking for our next Internal Sales Team Member in Bayswater VIC. This is an essential role to the branch as you will be the first point of contact for our customers. The successful candidate will be a customer service champion and know how to leave a positive and lasting impression as you interact with our customers.
The right candidate will make a smooth transition in joining our highly motivated and dynamic Sales Team. Industry or industrial knowledge is a bonus as we are willing to train the candidate who has the right attitude. The day to day will be making technical sales and providing product support to ensure we remain a ‘trusted advisor’ to our customers.
What kind of work may be involved?
Process orders via phone and email
Provide customer service- counter sales and via phone
Attend to general and sales enquiries
Assist with pick packing orders
Ideal skills & experience:
Mechanical aptitude with bearing and power transmission knowledge is advantageous
Good Customer service skills through proven work history
Good verbal and written skills
Computer literate at an intermediate level
The ability to multitask and prioritise your workloads
Good knowledge within our industry is advantageous, but not critical
Team player to support other areas when required
