Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our JLT Public Sector team in Perth. This role will be based in Perth in a hybrid working environment.

JLT Public Sector is Australia’s trusted provider of risk solutions for governments and their communities. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of WA local government clients, helping ensure their risk management and protection needs are identified and met.

We will count on you to:

Manage the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of WA local government clients

Build and maintain relationships with members, insurers and other key internal and external stakeholders

Advise members on their protection and risk management enquiries and connect them with specialist LGIS teams where needed

Manage the placement of non-standard risks that sit outside of the mutual

Maintain accurate client data across LGIS systems, facilities and databases

Support the Account Executive in their learning and development

Contribute to the team’s annual new business target

Prepare documentation in line with company service, compliance procedures and tools

Support the team to meet required business management processes

What you need to have:

Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and working with senior stakeholders in a service-focused environment

Experience in the insurance industry

Well-established market relationships and experience servicing large and complex clients

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with individuals and small groups

Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook
