Basic Qualifications : High School Diploma or the equivalent is required. In addition, Related Vocational Training plus a minimum of 2 years administrative or business experience is required. Responsibilities for this Position:
The Autonomous Maritime Platforms (AMP) business is looking for an Engineering Administrator to support the day to day operations of the engineering management team and engineering workfoce. As a Engineering Administrator you will be responsible for managing calendars, meetings, travel schedules, expense reports, and support tasks for the Senior Engineering Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Manages frequently changing schedules and appointments as well as coordination of projects and tasks.
Prepares meeting agendas and compiles materials for use in meetings, discussions, and presentations.
Performs administrative, office management, and analytical activities for a function, department, program, or organization.
Contributes to the completion of departmental and/or program projects and goals.
Serves as liaison for administrative tasks with other functions such as Facilities, Security, IT, and HR.
Prepares, processes, monitors, and updates required reports and documents, including budgets, schedules, purchase requests, and forms.
Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
Prepares, develops and updates charts and graphics for presentations

Experience with data extraction, transformation, and visualization using tools in the Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI
Familiarity with AI tools and technologies and applying them to adminstrative processes
Experience coordinating projects or serving as a liaison across multiple business functions
Exceptional organization and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task high priorities
Outstanding interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor in interacting with a wide variety of people

Salary Note: This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled. Combined Salary Range: USD $31.90 - USD $34.99 /Hr. Company Overview:
