Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Finance Analyst on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract to support a focused project to restructure lease records at an individual asset level. This role will play a key part in improving the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of lease accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

Create individual lease records for a large portfolio of assets

Convert existing aggregated lease schedules into asset-level records

Ensure consistency of key lease assumptions (e.g. lease term, payments, discount rates)

Maintain clear documentation and audit trail linking assets, leases, and locations

Support reconciliations to validate accuracy against existing balances

Assist in documenting processes for future use

What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills

Basic understanding of finance or accounting (degree or relevant experience preferred)

Comfortable working with large datasets and Excel

Ability to follow structured processes and work to defined templates

Proactive and able to work independently with guidance
