HRIS & Data Analyst
Your Role:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, People Operations, the HRIS & Data Analyst is a hands-on role responsible for HRIS system maintenance and People Data outputs. This role will be the subject matter expert for the HRIS technology stack, data integrity, reporting & analytics across both UK and US population.
The role will design reliable data flows, provide system integration (and workarounds), build reporting dashboard and be responsible for the automation of HR processes. The role will partner across the People Team and key business stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely insights and analysis (eg. Headcount, attrition, payroll, recruitment) and ensure compliance with relevant legislation (eg. GDPR and US data considerations).
The role will play a key part in strengthening consistency, visibility, and data-driven decision-making across regions, driving continuous improvement in HR technology, data, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day administration, configuration & governance of HRIS & connected people systems across UK and US populations.
Ensure data quality through validation, audit & exception management
Design, build & maintain automated reporting & dashboards for People & Culture & key business stakeholders
Develop & run the HR reporting cycle ensuring timely & accurate delivery to stakeholders, including US-specific insights where required (Pay Review, Annual Bonus, Compensation review, Gender Pay Gap)
Lead automation of manual HR processes & data workflows using available tools with clear controls & monitoring
Manage integration & data exchange between HR systems & platforms, including testing & conflict resolution
Provide functional support & troubleshoot solutions liaising with vendors as required driving incident and problem management resolution
Ensure compliance with relevant regulation, including GDPR and applicable US data and privacy requirements
Build & maintain standard operating procedures, process maps & knowledge articles to support consistence global practise
Upskill HR colleagues through guidance, training & drop-in sessions
Your Experience:
Proven experience in a HRIS and / or Data Analyst role within a People function in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of HR data structure & end-to-end People processes
Experience supporting multi-region (ideally UK and US) data, reporting, or HR systems environments
Advanced knowledge of excel & experience with BI / reporting tools to build automated dashboards
Proficiency in data manipulation and automation
Demonstrable experience in data quality controls, reconciliation and audit-ready documentation
Strong analytical problem-solver & ability to translate complex data into clear easy to understand relevant documentation
Excellent stakeholder management, communication & service mindset
