Project Craft Recruiter - Primoris Energy Services - Hubbard, TX.

Job Overview:

Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Project Craft Recruiter to support our recruiting efforts for craft labor on energy construction projects in Hubbard, TX. This role will involve full-cycle recruiting to ensure projects are adequately staffed with skilled craft professionals.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified craft candidates for various trades (e.g., welders, pipefitters, electricians, heavy equipment operators).

Source candidates through various channels including online job boards, social media, industry networks, vocational schools, and local community outreach.

Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for specific project requirements.

Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.

Collaborate closely with project managers and superintendents to understand staffing needs and project timelines.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Extend job offers and manage the pre-employment process, including background checks and drug screenings.

Maintain strong relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience.

Participate in career fairs and recruiting events as needed.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

4+ years of experience in high-volume craft recruiting, preferably within the energy, industrial, or construction sectors.

Proven ability to source and attract skilled trades professionals.

Familiarity with various craft roles and their associated skill sets.

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
