In this position...
We win by ensuring consistent brand messaging, visualization, and tone across all Tiers of marketing and digital touch points.
As the Cross Tier Marketing Specialist, you will lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategies and execution across Tier 1 (Ford.com) Tier 2 (Regional Dealer Group) and Tier 3 (Individual Dealer) initiatives.
Bridge Brand Storytelling & Conversion Performance: Bring the Ford brand's premium look, feel and voice to life across every digital tier. You will have the unique opportunity to safeguard brand consistency and aesthetic integrity while directly optimizing localized conversion funnels, turning high-level brand awareness into real-world retail actions.
High Visibility & Cross-Functional Impact: Serve as the critical bridge connecting national brand strategies with regional and local digital touch points. You will collaborate directly with agency partners, giving your work high visibility across the organization.
Strategic Influence & Innovation: This isn't just about maintaining the status quo. You will play a pivotal role in designing and optimizing our cross-tier integration strategy, embracing a test and learning mindset, and bringing fresh, digital trends to life.
What you'll do...
Drive Brand Consistency: Act as the primary champion for the Ford brand voice, visual identity, and tone, ensuring seamless consistency across Tier 1 (National), Tier 2 (Regional), and Tier 3 (Dealer) digital experiences.
Lead Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution: Lead the strategy, development, and execution of GTM campaigns and content integration across Tier 2 and Tier 3 digital initiatives.
Cross-Tier Digital Strategy: Partner with channel, platform, and vehicle segment leads to identify and build cohesive customer storytelling across Ford.com, Local Dealer Group Sites, and individual Dealer websites.
Agency & Partner Management: Manage agency and partner execution of editorial calendars, creative assets, and optimization strategies, acting as the voice of the customer and the brand throughout the creative process.
Test & Optimize: Lead an ongoing "test and learn" content optimization calendar across tier-integrated web experiences, including A/B and multi-variant testing to improve regional and dealer-level conversion funnels.
Data-Driven Performance: Partner with the analytics team to define clear, measurable critical metrics - continually monitoring, testing, and optimizing Tier 2/3 content performance against established KPIs.
Trend & Innovation Scouting: Identify automotive, retail, and non-automotive digital trends to develop innovative Tier integration use cases that bridge the gap between national tier-brand awareness and local tier-retail conversion.
You'll have...
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
5+ years of experience developing digital-based experiences, brand marketing, content strategy, or omnichannel marketing.
Even better, you may have...
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience across ad-tech, SEO, web technologies/platforms, and analytics/experience suites (e.g., Adobe Experience Cloud, with a baseline understanding of Adobe Target being highly beneficial).
Familiarity with project management and workflow tools (e.g., Jira, Workfront, Monday.com, or Smartsheet) to coordinate complex, multi-partner digital initiatives.
You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!
