Description:

Project managing the integration and delivery of infrastructure, network and systems in complex multi-platform and multi-product environments. Projects likely to have multiple external and internal stakeholders within project with resourcing from cross functional internal groups and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining accuracy, timeliness and completeness in the procurement and delivery of projects materials.

Managing project internal resources and vendors to meet project schedule.

Managing variations to scope following the change management process.

Responding and handling escalations timely and to closure.

Responding and managing incidents reporting during a project.

Resolve conflicts in cross functional resourcing within and across projects.

Produce and conduct kick-off presentation, project meetings, project and resource scheduling with Customer.

Maintain an engagement operating rhythm with Customer and responsible for Customer satisfaction.

To deliver project reporting and technical documentation as per schedule with reporting and documentation strictly adhering to the company standard and meeting the quality required for the stated project.

To be on-site to direct and govern technical deployment when necessary.

Completing of projects within budget and schedule.

To participate and support Sales at the contract bid phase.

Certification - Candidate must possess valid PMP or CITPM certifications.

Skillsets:

At least 5 years of project management experience in ICT.

A highly motivated individual who is an expert in planning, tracking, monitoring, reporting, and closing of projects.

Technical ability to understand integrated environment deployment design, and good understanding of industry leading networking and systems technology and products.

Engineering background and understanding of patch cabling is a plus.

An expert in all aspect of vendor management.

Ability to create meaningful and professional relationship with the Customer.

Pocesses tenacity and endurance to handle Customer issues.

An expert in managing resourcing conflicts.

Ability to negotiate successfully with Customer on project discrepancies.

Ability to accurately size up projects and determine project risks with Sales.
