At LivaNova, we are looking for a Safety & Sterilization Engineer to join our Global Operations team. In this role, you will contribute to the development, validation, and continuous improvement of sterilization processes, while supporting Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) activities and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards (ISO, FDA).
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, combining engineering and HSE expertise to support operational reliability, risk management, and a proactive safety culture.
Your new role:
Support sterilization process and plant improvement, focusing on performance (OEE), quality, and compliance.
Monitor process parameters and contribute to data analysis, non-conformities investigation, and validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).
Support risk assessment (FMEA) and change control, collaborating with cross-functional teams on deviations.
Contribute to production planning and coordinate with external maintenance providers, ensuring cost alignment.
Support HSE procedures, risk management, and certifications (ISO 14001, ISO 45001), including incident investigation (RCA/CAPA).
Collaborate with Facility and Engineering on fire systems, security, utilities, and critical infrastructures.
Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness.
Contribute to continuous improvement, cost optimization, and energy management (ISO 50001).
About you:
Strong interest in HSE, industrial processes, and regulated environments.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Proactive mindset and attention to detail.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Good command of English.
Education & Experience:
Master’s degree in a scientific discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.

Base Salary range: € 31.000 K - € 45.000 K
Bonus: 0-5%
Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
