POSITION AND MISSIONS

Within the Global Market ISD Transverse post trade department, the CALYPSO team covers the management, administration, and evolution of the "one stop shop benefits" global platform. CALYPSO allowing the development of activities in Europe and internationally on the activities of the BGC on the functions mentioned above:

Trade lifecycle

Payments

Confirmation

Settlement

Accounting

Held cash and securities positions

Regulatory

Reporting

Reconciliations

In a context of multiplication of complex projects in Europe and internationally (Paris, EMEA, APAC, AMERICA), you are joining our team as Business Analyst Expert on the CALYPSO software package from the publisher Nasdaq and on treasury, cash management, as well as accounting and banking reconciliations

Your role is to:

be the Product Owner/expert for insured activities on Calypso,

Frame all projects concerning treasury, cash management, accounting and banking reconciliations, as well as securities lending and borrowing

Standardize the IT processes of the perimeter.

Bringing the Calypso expertise and functionality to the entire team

Form the team

You work on the management of all projects regarding treasury, cash management, accounting and banking reconciliations, as well as securities lending & borrowing.

You will also participate in the standardization of IT processes within the scope.

Your tasks consist of:

Provide expertise on the CALYPSO software package

Provide expertise in the areas of Treasury, Cash Management, and accounting and banking reconciliation,

Plan and carry out tasks on projects and maintenance (scrum mode)

Support the business line during the needs expression phase and be proactive in proposing efficiency solutions.

Evaluate solutions

Draft the functional specifications for the teams and assist them in understanding the work to be performed

Define and proceed with the Calypso setup

Write and implement the plans for user testing support and acceptance

Relationship with the various partners of the application, particularly the Finance department on accounting

Ensure the level 3 support role on the functions for which he has expertise

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With a higher education, you have at least 6 years of experience in business analyst positions, notably on a Calypso environment.

You have:

recognized knowledge of market products

recognized expertise in post-trading processes (Back-Office)

recognized expertise in the Calypso software package, ideally at the certified publisher level

a mastery of project management in AGILE mode

- SQL skills - intermediate level in order to carry out queries (simple or cross-referenced querying of data for analysis)

a functional mastery of treasury, cash management, accounting and banking reconciliations, as well as securities lending and borrowing

You are:

Autonomous and proactive;

Endowed with a sense of collectivity and able to work as part of a team;

Customer service oriented

You master English with a B2 level.
