Technology Business Analyst - $225-325,000 total compensation

An opportunity to join a newly formed technology team at a global asset management firm managing $70bn+ in AUM, with a core focus on private credit.

Following the hire of a new CTO last year, the firm is now building out their credit estate under a recently appointed Head of Technology. This is a chance to get in early, help shape investment platforms, and play a meaningful role in defining technology and data roadmaps at a fast-growing investment manager.

This is newer business, with c.200 employees globally, meaning they can move quickly to implement new technologies without red tape, and without the bureaucracy that comes with a larger shop.

Every seat is visible within the business, and you'll interact directly with investment, risk, and compliance teams translating front-to-back-office business requirements into scalable technology solutions that directly affect the firm's bottom line. High ownership, huge impact.

It's a broad mandate, and you'll have real autonomy to design, improve, and scale solutions in any way needed to drive their private credit business forward.

What do you need? You'll need to have experience working in a BA style seat, working with investment professionals to create technology solutions - ideally, this would be in another buy-side business who operate in the private credit world.

Investment system exposure is very important too - ideally, Aladdin or eFront. Any experience working with data is a plus.

Most importantly, you'll be a strong communicator. Someone who takes ownership and thrives with autonomy. You'll generate ideas, and keep yourself busy.
