The Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer (Motion & Static) with a strong creative portfolio to help elevate POP MART’s brand across Australia and New Zealand.

This role is focused on developing high-impact visual assets across campaigns, product launches, and retail experiences, ensuring our creative identity is consistently executed across all platforms.

You’ll work closely with the marketing team to bring ideas to life and create visually compelling content that reflects POP MART’s bold, youth‑driven brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling campaign and brand assets across digital, retail, and event environments

• Design both motion and static content, including videos, animations, banners, social content, and marketing materials

• Support major product launches, campaigns, and retail activations

• Provide creative input and contribute to concept development and visual storytelling

• Support video editing, motion graphics, and image production using industry tools

• Review and refine designs based on feedback while maintaining brand consistency

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver to deadline

• Support content capture at events and activations where required

• Collaborate closely with marketing and broader teams to bring creative concepts to life

About You

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in graphic design, with a strong and polished portfolio

• Strong portfolio showcasing brand work, campaigns, or creative consumer content

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and motion/video tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro)

• Strong foundation in visual storytelling, layout, typography, and animation

• Ability to translate ideas into high-quality, visually engaging outputs

• Experience working across both digital and physical brand environments (e.g. retail, events, campaigns)

• Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Highly Relevant Backgrounds

Experience within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or youth-focused consumer brands will be highly regarded.

Bonus (not essential)

• Experience working with global brand teams
