Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

- Overall responsibility for handling returns for the warehouse, developing and implementing standard returns procedures;

- Coordinate returns acceptance, registration, classification, and processing to improve returns processing efficiency;

- Analyze returns data and provide improvement suggestions to reduce returns rates and ensure smooth business operations.

Qualifications

- Majors in logistics management, supply chain management, etc. are preferred.

- Work experience: At least 1 years of experience in warehouse management, and those with overseas warehouse management experience are preferred.

- Language skills: Fluent in English, able to communicate effectively with overseas customers and teams.Those who can speak mandarin are preferred;

- Skill requirements: Familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS) and related software, with good data analysis and problem-solving skills.
