Job Description
Sie sind verantwortlich für:
die Steuerung, Einrichtung und Bedienung der Ansatz-/Abfüllprozesse
das Treffen qualitätsrelevanter Entscheidungen im Produktionsprozess
die Durchführung von Inprozesskontrollen
die Störungsbeseitigung an den Anlagen in Absprache mit dem Werkstattpersonal
die Auswertung von qualitätsrelevanten Daten mit dem Ziel der Optimierung von Produktionsabläufen
die Dokumentation der Herstellungsprozesse (Good-Documentation-Practice)
die Aufrechterhaltung einer hygienisch einwandfreien und aseptischen Arbeitsumgebung
Verpackung der Produkte nach Arbeitsanweisung
Über Sie:
Sie verfügen idealerweise über eine technische Berufsausbildung oder eine Ausbildung im Pharma‑ oder Lebensmittelbereich –
aber auch Quereinsteiger*innen ohne formale Ausbildung sind herzlich willkommen, sofern Sie Interesse an Technik mitbringen und motiviert sind, sich einzuarbeiten.
Zusätzlich freuen wir uns, wenn Sie bereits erste praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Maschinen oder technischen Anlagen gesammelt haben – zum Beispiel aus Produktion, Handwerk, Logistik oder ähnlichen Bereichen.
Des Weiteren verfügen Sie über:
Technisches Geschick und Interesse
eine exakte & konzentrierte Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
GMP-Kenntnisse (von Vorteil)
Einsatzbereitschaft & ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Bereitschaft an der aktiven Mitarbeit zur Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen im Rahmen von Lean Management
Bereitschaft zum Arbeiten im Reinraum Klasse 7
