Data Expert Sales Services (m/f/d) (fix-term contract 9-12 months)

Location: Stolberg (Greater Area Aachen)

Your responsibilities:

SAP Data Governance: Take full ownership of maintaining and updating prices, commercial conditions, and customer master data within our SAP system.

Sales Analytics: Generate comprehensive sales and revenue analyses, evaluating relevant financial metrics for your sales colleagues and the management team.

Commercial Tools: Create, update, and maintain tailored price lists and order forms for our external international customers.

Consignment Stock Management: Handle the weekly and monthly booking and processing of external warehouse revenues and consignment stock reports.

Internal Consultation: Act as the primary, service-oriented point of contact for internal stakeholders across sales and other business divisions.

Project Support: Assist in daily operational and administrative tasks and actively contribute your data expertise to interdisciplinary projects.

Your profile:

Education: Successfully completed commercial vocational training (e.g., in Industrial Business Management) or a related field.

Experience: Several years of proven professional experience in sales operations, internal sales, or master data management, ideally within an international business environment.

Technical Toolbox: Solid, hands-on knowledge of SAP and advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.

Mindset: A quick comprehension of complex workflows, high data accuracy, and a strong problem-solving approach.

Soft Skills: Advanced communication skills, a highly collaborative team spirit, and a distinct customer- and service-oriented mindset.

Languages: Good communication skills in English (written and spoken); any additional foreign language is an asset.
