Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Assist in monitoring and controlling commercial aspects such as purchasing, project controlling and scheduling

Contribute to the preparation and quality assurance of project reports and support cash flow tracking

Assist in budget planning and forecasting, as well as in monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting

Work closely with the Project Manager to help achieve and optimize project goals

Support customer communication and assist in claim management activities

Act as a reliable contact within the project team and gradually develop into a sparring partner for the Project Manager

Show your expertise

Completed degree or vocational training in business administration, engineering or a comparable field

Initial practical experience (e.g. internships, working student roles) in a commercial or project-related environment is a plus

Very good MS Office skills; first experience with SAP R/3 is advantageous

Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken

Willingness to travel for project-related activities

Good communication skills, team spirit and ability to handle multiple tasks
