Senior Finance Analyst II
Location: Ahmadabad, India
Experience: 3–5 years
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Role Overview
We are looking for a diligent and tech-savvy finance professional to support financial planning, reporting, automation, and compliance initiatives. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to drive data-driven insights, streamline processes, and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Automation & Digital Initiatives
Leverage AI and automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate) to improve finance processes and reporting
Ability to applying AI/automation tools for financial analysis and reporting
Build and maintain automated dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI
Find opportunities to digitize and streamline finance workflows
Support ERP data management and system-related activities
Stay updated on emerging finance technologies and support pilot initiatives
Reporting, Planning & Analysis
Prepare monthly MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
Support financial modeling, product costing, and scenario analysis
Develop management presentations and financial summaries for leadership reviews
Maintain financial dashboards, trackers, and reporting templates
Support CapEx tracking and ROI analysis for ongoing projects
Governance & Compliance
Ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements
Support internal and external audits through documentation and analysis
Maintain strong internal controls and proactively highlight exceptions
Assist in creating and maintaining SOPs for finance processes
Interested party Management
Partner with Finance, Tax, Operations, and IT teams for data and reporting needs
Support leadership (SLT) reviews and business updates
Assist in coordination with auditors and government authorities
Supply to cross-functional initiatives and new project implementations
Cost & Capital Management
Track and analyze cost optimization initiatives across operations
Support preparation of capital investment proposals and ROI analysis
Monitor budget vs. actuals and provide actionable insights
Grant Management & Compliance (Support Role)
Assist in grant applications, claims, and utilization reporting
Maintain audit-ready documentation for government incentives
Track achievements, disbursements, and compliance conditions
Coordinate with internal teams and authorities for submissions and queries
Minimum Requirements
Chartered Accountant (CA) – required
3–5 years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or audit
Strong expertise in MS Excel (advanced functions, data analysis)
Solid understanding of Power BI or similar visualization tools
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
Solid understanding budgeting, and variance analysis
Knowledge of internal controls, audits, and compliance frameworks
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with automation tools (Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power Query)
Exposure to financial modeling, costing, and project finance
Experience in manufacturing / semiconductor / project-driven environment
Strong Power BI skills (DAX, data modeling, dashboarding)
Experience in CapEx tracking and ROI analysis
Knowledge of grant management / government incentive schemes
Familiarity with Indian regulatory environment (GST, Companies Act)
Ability to drive improvements in execution, SOPs, and automation initiatives
Self-starter with ability to work independently and prioritize multiple priorities
