In this role, you will contribute to the digital transformation of Compliance by supporting the development of innovative, scalable solutions that enhance monitoring, reporting, and decision-making. You will gain hands-on exposure to compliance technology, data analytics, and AI within a global asset management environment.

What you will do

Support the development and continuous improvement of compliance monitoring processes and internal controls

Contribute to the evolution of COMPLEE, the internal Compliance platform, to enhance efficiency and user experience

Support the automation of recurring Compliance workflows and activities using data-driven approaches

Translate regulatory requirements and compliance policies into analytical solutions and monitoring controls

Collect, validate, and analyze compliance-related data to support decision-making and reporting

Develop dashboards and management reports to enhance transparency and insights

Support the implementation of Artificial Intelligence use cases for compliance advisory, investigations, and knowledge management

Contribute to data quality, governance, recordkeeping, and auditability initiatives

Assist with user testing, documentation, training materials, and change management activities

Collaborate with Compliance, Data, and Technology teams to identify process improvements and innovation opportunities

Support the assessment and implementation of new Compliance technologies and AI-driven solutions

Participate in cross-functional projects related to Compliance transformation, operational efficiency, and regulatory change.

What you bring

Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering, or a related field

Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering, and Financial Services

Strong coding skills in Python and solid knowledge of SQL and data modeling concepts

Understanding of software engineering best practices and CI/CD pipeline deployment

Familiarity with Git and version control principles

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment

Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team

Curious mindset with a strong willingness to learn and explore new technologies

Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices.
