This is what you will do
This internship role supports the management and development of corporate travel activities within a global pharmaceutical environment, contributing to efficiency, safety, and compliance. The intern will collaborate closely with global and local teams, assisting in the coordination of suppliers, travel agencies, and internal stakeholders. The position offers hands-on exposure to key areas such as Business Travel Management, Travel Risk Management, contract processes, sustainability initiatives, and training activities, providing valuable insight into business operations and continuity.
You’ll be involved in
Support the implementation and update of corporate Travel Policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance.
Collaborate in managing relationships with travel agencies and suppliers, including basic contract, onboarding, and performance monitoring activities.
Assist in Travel Risk Management processes, as well as in monitoring travel activities and handling disruptions.
Contribute to training initiatives and support communication with travelers and internal stakeholders.
Support data collection, reporting, and analysis related to Business Travel.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth daily operations and service quality.
Participate in sustainability initiatives and cross-functional projects related to mobility and compliance.
Assist in the organization of corporate events, focusing on logistics and cost optimization.
You will need to have
Degree in economics, statistics, languages and cultures for tourism.
Fluent English written and spoken. An study experience aborad will be consider a plus
Basic knowledge of regulations and best practices in Business Travel Management
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage pressure, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Strong listening and supportive attitude, promoting inclusion and adaptability
