About the role

The Project Manager is responsible for leading and developing engineering strategies aligned with the business goals, making sure operations are efficient and innovative. Lead, guide, and develop high-performance teams, ensuring the execution of engineering projects and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop multiple high-performing multidisciplinary engineering teams through effective hiring, retention, and organizational design

Plan and coordinate the execution of projects (scope, schedules, budgets, and tracking progress to ensure high-quality standards and on-time deliveries)

Drive improvements in processes and technology, promoting best practices and encouraging a culture of innovation and collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to turn technical challenges into practical solutions

Act as the main escalation point for significant technical issues and design decisions

Manage the project portfolio aligned with the business strategy, prioritizing the initiatives with the biggest impact

Business Sustainability, PM Standards & Governance

The experience we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields

Solid experience in the role of PM or engineering related fields

Advanced English

Deep technical knowledge and understanding of performance, scalability, enterprise systems architecture, and current industry trends

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders

Strong leadership skills, decision-making, and solving complex problems

Knowledge in EHS, Quality, Automation, Data Analysis / Data-Driven & Methodologies (Agile, PM, etc)
