About the Role: Coordinate and ensure team processes are executed based on established SLAs and/or global policies, as well as team development and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate and participate with the manager in the development of team members and evaluation processes (providing feedback in each individual's performance evaluations - PEM and CMC).

Interview potential team members and participate in the recruitment process.

Coordinate and assign tasks within the team, ensure proper functioning of tools, and closely monitor KPIs to achieve objectives.

Serve as the first level of escalation in case of problems or inquiries with the process, as well as provide suggestions for process improvement.

Follow up and participate in team projects, ensuring proper implementation.

Promote and participate in strategic or technological innovation projects, holding necessary meetings and proposing/implementing improvement ideas.

Actively participate in meetings with stakeholders in the region, either within GB or with service recipients.

Supervise, coordinate, and support the team in monthly closing tasks, internal and external audits, and year-end footnotes and analytics.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Finance or comparable

Min 5 to 8 years of experience in relevant domain.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced global environment

High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy

Technical Skills:

Advanced Microsoft Office skills and advanced SAP proficiency, intermediate PowerBI proficiency
